Extract the files using WinRAR or 7-Zip.
Copy the folder "kitserver13" and the file "pes2013.exe" to your PES 2013 installation directory (usually C:\\Program Files\\KONAMI\\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013).

Copy the file "DT0F.img" to this location:
